01
Your Current Experience
Start with your own words.
“My cheeks feel tight.”
“My routine feels heavy.”
“I look less bright in photographs.”
“My skin feels comfortable, but I don’t know whether I need more.”
You do not need to translate those observations into skincare terminology. We begin by understanding what they mean to you.
02
When It Happens
We ask when the experience appears: after washing, after applying products, during the day, after grooming, or in particular surroundings.
Timing helps us understand the pattern and ask more useful questions. It does not establish a cause by itself.
03
What You Do in Response
Do you apply more moisturizer, wash again, skip a step, try something new, or wait?
We consider what brings relief, what feels unnecessary, and what remains unresolved. Your response is part of the record, not something to judge.
04
What Is Already in Your Routine
We look at the products you use, their sequence and frequency, recent changes, previous reactions, and what you already tolerate comfortably.
A recommendation should fit your actual routine. It should not assume that you need to replace everything or begin again.
05
What Happens a Few Hours Later
First impressions are only part of the experience.
Does comfort last? Does tightness return? Does shine develop? Do layers feel heavy? Does the result differ between workdays and days off?
We want to understand how your care fits into your day, not only how a formula feels when first applied.
06
What Matters Most Right Now
Your priority may be comfort, a smoother-looking surface, luminosity, fewer steps, or greater confidence in your choices.
We also consider practical preferences: budget, available time, texture, fragrance preferences, and how much change you want to make.
The starting point should be useful enough to continue.
